VaultReel — Privacy Policy

VaultReel is a batch timeline generator and video editor that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains, in plain terms, what the app does and does not do with your information. The short version: your videos never leave your device unless you choose to share them yourself.

What VaultReel accesses

• Your videos. With your permission, VaultReel reads videos from your photo library so it can build timelines and let you edit them. This happens on your device. Videos are not copied to any server, and we do not see them.
• Local Wi-Fi sharing (optional). If you choose to share a finished video to another device, VaultReel serves it over your own Wi-Fi network to devices you connect from. That transfer stays on your local network and does not pass through us.

What VaultReel does not do

• We do not collect, upload, or store your videos.
• We do not require an account or a login.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
• We do not share any information with third parties.

Data we collect

None. VaultReel does not gather personal information, usage data, or identifiers. Everything the app produces — timelines, edits, and exported videos — stays on your device under your control.

Permissions

VaultReel asks for photo library access only to read the videos you want to work with, and for local network access only when you choose to share a video over Wi-Fi. You can change these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Children

VaultReel is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
