VaultReel is a video timeline generator and editor for iPhone, iPad and Mac. It works directly on the videos in your own photo library, on your own device. By installing or using VaultReel you agree to these terms.
VaultReel edits, trims, merges and exports your videos. Some operations create new files in your photo library; some — where you choose to — delete or replace originals. Video processing is complex and can fail because of storage space, interrupted exports, iOS background limits, unusual file formats, iCloud Photos sync state, a crash, or a bug. Always keep your own backup (iCloud Photos, a Mac or a computer) of anything you cannot afford to lose before you edit, merge or delete it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any lost, deleted, corrupted, altered or unrecoverable videos, photos, audio, edits or exports, or for anything else stored on your device or in your iCloud account, however that loss arises — including through your use of a delete or replace option, a failed export, or a defect in the app. VaultReel has no copy of your media, so we cannot restore it. Deleted items may be recoverable for a limited time from the Photos app's "Recently Deleted" album; that is an Apple feature and outside our control.
Only edit and share videos you have the right to use. You are responsible for anything you create with VaultReel and for anything you share from it, including over the local-network sharing feature, and for making sure the people you share with are people you intend.
VaultReel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Features may change or be removed at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, content, or enjoyment, arising from your use of, or inability to use, VaultReel. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or £50 if it was free). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you use VaultReel as a consumer elsewhere you keep the protections your local law gives you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store downloads.
